Return Policy

Please apply within 7 days after receiving the product.

1. Return and Exchange Process

During the product evaluation period, which begins as soon as the item arrives in your possession, you have 7 days (including weekends) to assess the product.

Please note that this 7-day evaluation period does not apply to customized items or personal hygiene products that have been unsealed.

If you need to return an item, please follow below steps to process the return within 7 days of receiving the product:

Log in to the Membership CenterOrders → Find the order and click View
Scroll down and look for the button Apply Return Order
Please note: Only when the order status is “Delivered” or “Picked Up” and within the return period, can customers apply for a return.
Select the item(s) you wish to return and enter the quantity, reason, delivery details. Click Confirm Return Order after completing the required fields.

After a customer has successfully applied for a return, the details will appear on the page.

2. Return Guidelines

  • Returned items must be unused and free from any damage caused by human factors. The 7-day evaluation period is intended for you to consider and confirm whether the product meets your needs; it is not a trial period.
  • If our store has provided specific instructions, please retain the original packaging (including the outer cardboard box) to ensure a successful return.
  • MUST register as our member to process the return.

The following situations are not eligible for returns:

  1. Exceeding the 7-day evaluation period.
  2. Items that have been unsealed or damaged due to human factors (e.g., stains, malfunctions, breakage, wear, scratches, dirt).
  3. Returns with incomplete or damaged packaging, missing invoices, or accessories.
  4. Malicious or excessive returns.

3. Return Process

Login to the Membership Center → Follow above process to return → Prepare the complete item(s) and invoice → Ship and return by S.F. Express → Once our team confirm received the eligible items, we will start the refund process.

How to check the return status: Go to the customer’s member account → OrdersViewView Return Order.

4. Refund Details

  1. For credit card payments: Upon successful return confirmation, the refund will be directly credited to the original credit card account.
  2. For bank transfer/PayMe/FPS payments: After successful return confirmation, the refund amount will be transferred to the bank account you provided.

5. Exchange Guidelines

Exchange item(s) must be unused and free from any damage caused by human factors. If our store has provided specific instructions, please retain the original packaging (including the outer cardboard box) to ensure a successful exchange.
